Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you have not received your tracking information or need assistance locating your order, please contact us at support@meetforparty.com.
Remote Areas
Certain destinations, including some remote areas within the EU, may require an additional shipping fee.
If your shipping address is considered a remote area by the carrier, we will contact you before your order is shipped regarding any additional charges.
Delivery Delays
Although we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, shipping times cannot be guaranteed once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
MeetForParty is not responsible for carrier-related delays, including delays caused by customs, weather, peak shipping periods, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable due to carrier delays.
Refused or Uncollected Packages
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package from the carrier or local depot, the package may be returned to us.
Any return shipping fees, carrier charges, customs fees, or other costs incurred as a result may be deducted from your refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities may inspect, delay, release, or reject shipments according to local regulations. MeetForParty does not control these charges or customs procedures.
If you refuse to pay applicable customs duties or import fees and the package is returned to us, your refund will be issued after the returned package is received and inspected, minus any additional shipping, customs, or carrier fees incurred by MeetForParty.
International Returns
When returning an international order, please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
The package should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”, and all customs forms must be completed accurately in accordance with local customs requirements.
MeetForParty cannot be held responsible for returns that are delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete customs documentation.
